Our caramel corn starts with only the finest popped corn from our kettles. The kernels are then tossed and tumbled in a bubbly-hot, caramel mixture. Once every piece of popped corn is coated with caramel they are left to cool. The cooled caramel hardens and makes the caramel corn crispy with each bite.
